Taskmaster Location and Uses

Discover where to find Taskmasters in Conan Exiles, their uses at the Torturer's Worktable and Wheel of Pain, and the benefits they provide for crafting and combat.

Taskmasters are a special type of Thrall in Conan Exiles that significantly improve crafting speed and efficiency when placed at a Torturer’s Worktable or a Wheel of Pain. They also provide benefits to crafted items, making them weigh less, more durable, and increasing concussion damage for easier enemy knockouts. There are two T4 Taskmaster subcategories: Drivers boost durability, and Overseers boost concussion damage.

To acquire a Taskmaster, you must knock them out, tie them up, and break them at your base. This process can be time-consuming, especially for higher-tier Thralls. Taskmasters, like all Thralls, can level up and receive boosts from food.

Exiled Lands Taskmaster Locations

Taskmasters can spawn in various camps throughout the Exiled Lands, with a chance to appear in camps near the starting area. Spawn rates are subject to RNG, so patience may be required. They generally spawn less frequently than common NPCs like Archers. Guaranteed spawn locations include:

• East of The Summoning Place
• Mounds of the Dead

Isle of Siptah Taskmaster Locations

On the Isle of Siptah, Taskmasters are commonly found in camps and spawn frequently. You can find them near the map’s original spawn point, as well as in these confirmed locations:

• Scavenger Coast
• Cairn of the First Men
• Baywatch Camp
• Heretic Haunt
