Learn how time passes and affects your Crusader Kings III game, including how to restore subject health by sleeping.

Time passes as you move around the world in Crusader Kings III. The current time is displayed on the clock in the upper left corner of the screen (the HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) - Heads-Up Display, which shows vital game information). Different enemies and events may appear in the same region depending on the time of day. It is often beneficial to revisit areas when it is dark.

Once you have completed sufficient actions, you can return to your castle and choose to go to bed. After sleeping, a full day will have passed, and all your subjects' health will be fully restored.
