    Make your way to where Solaire was rescued. Beyond that area is a bridge leading into Lost Izalith.

    A Prowling Demon is on this bridge. Killing it for the first time will get you Demon Titanite x2. This demon (respawns) can be farmed for Demon Titanite or its weapon.

    Continue to the very end of the bridge to find a bunch of Demonic Statues. Defeat them.

    Head left up the branch, then go up the stairs behind you.

    A Daughter of Chaos (NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you)) is here. Defeating her will get you the Izalith Catalyst.

    If you are human, Kirk will invade here for the final time. Kill him to get a Humanity added to your counter.

    The fog wall here takes you straight to the boss if you want to skip this area. Ignore it for now.

    A Bounding Demon of Izalith awaits. These are the legs of Undead Dragons and can perform sweep attacks, stomps, and jump attacks. They deal damage to each other if huddled together.

    Run to the next branch across the lava. Follow the branch to the wall and run across the lava to another platform with a Soul of a Brave Warrior on it.

    Run to the back right of this platform, using the entrance to the chest would be top left, and climb the branch here.

    Drop off the edge into the lava, turn around and strike the wall at the tower to reveal an illusory wall to find a Bonfire.

    Run to the back of this tower and run right and behind the branches here to reach the far wall.

    Follow the wall around to the left for a Divine Blessing and another Divine Blessing. Keep an eye on your health as you still take damage, even with the ring on.

    Return to the Bonfire. Repair often as the lava does serious damage to your durability.

    Run from the front now and under the broken structure to find a branch to walk on. Run up this branch to be out of the lava and into the main ruins again.

    Head down this way, killing any Demonic Statues along the way.

    Just before you reach the large stairs going up, go to the left to find a Large Soul of a Brave Warrior at the back.

    There is a Chaos Eater at the top of the stairs. Go to the right and you will be back at where Kirk invaded you again before the boss fog wall.

    Follow the path to the right and around the walkway, the opposite side of where you got the Fire Whip Pyromancy.

    Follow the path around and when you see a branch going down to a lower section, run around the tower and at the very back is a Soul of a Hero.

    You should spot an item as you come down the branch. There is an item on a branch underneath you against a wall but it is a little tricky to get it. Try and walk off the edge and land on this branch. Aim for the left hand side of the branch for an easier time. Your reward is a Rare Ring of Sacrifice.

    Drop down, turn around and you will be back at the stairs leading up to Kirk. Go down the branch now to return to the lower section.

    There is an item directly under the boss fog wall. However, the floor will break when you attempt to grab it. Hug the left side to land on a branch.

    Follow it down and look to the left to see Siegmeyer. To finish Siegmeyer's quest, Siegmeyer has to kill the final enemy and have over 50% of his HP remaining. If he doesn't kill the last one, dies, or finishes it with less than 50% HP, you fail the questline.

    Equip the strongest bow you have and kill the Chaos Eaters below. There are four of them, one of which is hiding under the floor on the far right hand side. Kill all of them, except one, and on the last one, lower its health to around 20%.

    Talk to Siegmeyer now and he will drop down to kill the Chaos Eater. With only one enemy remaining and on low health, Siegmeyer should easily succeed and have enough health.

    When Siegmeyer stops walking around, drop down. If he gives you the Speckled Stoneplate Ring, then the questline has failed. He should give you nothing and fall asleep.
