Head to the top of the gates on Island Tower.

See the pool on your left? Head up the stairs above it to reach an area with four stairways.

Look southwest to find another stairway leading upwards to a small room containing a [DRAGON SHIELD].

Return to the room with four stairways and take the southeastern one to find a gate near a flying platform. Enter the gate to get a [GLOMBOLERO].

Step on the flying platform to reach a new floor. Ignore the gate here and take the flying platform north of it.

Enter the building with a large pillar on its roof through the blue gate and head downstairs.

In the next room, take the southern stairs to find a chest with a [YGGDRASIL DEW] behind a statue.

Go back downstairs and take the northwestern stairway. Climb the huge ladder on your right.

At the top, go southeast from the two yellow pillars and head up the stairs below two water pools.

Go down the tiny ladder on your right and enter the opening to find a room with a white cross-formed floor pattern.

Stand in the middle of the pattern and EXAMINE the ground to find [MINI MEDAL #40].

Go down the stairs above the floor pattern. The barrels contain a [SEED OF STRENGTH] and [MINI MEDAL #41].

Return to the room with the two yellow pillars and go up the stairs west of there.

Enter the small building, head upstairs to the roof, and take the flying platform.

After disembarking, open the chest on your right for a [KERPLUNK BRACER].

Take the large stairway east to a path leading to a normal stairway in the northern end. Head upstairs.

Continue straight to the very top of the tower and step on the altar to fly to Zenithia.

Once in Zenithia Castle, open the door left of the entrance and talk to the green devil for a [YGGDRASIL DEW].

To get [MINI MEDAL #42], check the drawer in the room right of the green devil.

Run east to find a stairway leading down. Orifiela is here and gives you [SPARKIE].

Examine the ground east of Orifiela to find [MINI MEDAL #43].

Return to the entrance and go through the main gates north of it.

Speak to the Zenith Dragon. After a brief dark moment, the dragon powers up your Zenithian Sword and tells you to head to the Underworld of Nadiria.

Tips

Sparkie can be a helpful party member, but direct control is not possible, making his use somewhat risky.
You can return to the green devil in Zenithia for more Yggdrasil Dew after using your current one.
