Discover new conversations and hidden events in Dragon Quest VI! This guide covers revisits to Weaver's Peak, Somnia, Haggleton, Ghent, and Port Haven.

After you've beaten the main story, Dragon Quest VI opens up a bit! You can Zoom back to pretty much any town or area you've visited and find new conversations and events happening. It's a great way to see how characters and the world have changed. Here are a few key places to check out:

i. Weaver's Peak

Head back to Weaver's Peak. You'll find Buddy chilling at the bottom of the steps leading to the Pass, right where he was sleeping before. He's now a tour guide! Also, make sure to visit the Elder's house to get an updated proposal from Judith. The townspeople will also have a bunch of new reactions to things, so chat with everyone!

ii. Somnia

Pay a visit to the King in Somnia. He's got a bit of a surprise for you – he's turned into a young, rather randy devil! Captain Blade has also gone missing. If you want to find the Queen, she's on the small bridge. To get there, go down the stairs to the right of the main entrance (you can reach this area from the middle door on the first floor) and then head right into the outside garden area.

iii. Haggleton

The Bazaar in Haggleton is back open and selling some different items. Inside the left tent, an old man is selling a Bone Stake for 130 Gold – it's probably not worth it. The green-clothed man in the top-left corner offers a slightly better deal: 3 bottles of Amor Seco Essence and a Chimaera Wing for 400 Gold. However, it's still more expensive than buying these items individually from Amor. Keep an eye out in the lower corner of the right bazaar; a crafty seller has the last of something unnamed, which turns out to be Boxer Shorts for 1000 Gold. The seller next to them is offering a Leather Kilt for 200 Gold, but honestly, neither of these are really worth your Gold.

iv. Ghent

Go into the church in Ghent. You'll witness a scene involving the greedy man and his wife who live in the northern house. She's the one doing all the work, and it's just a little scene for fun. There's another scene waiting for you in the Elder's House. Afterwards, you can find the man and his mother inside one of the rooms at the Inn. As always, make sure to chat with everyone in town to catch all their unique reactions to recent events.

v. Port Haven

Return to Port Haven and head upstairs in the Mayor's house (he's still away). You'll get to see a sweet scene there. Also, take Carver back to the carpenters; they'll give you an update on his personal story.
