Walkthrough
- 1After talking to Doctor Zere, head to Quartermaster Spike to start the mission.
- 2Grab your Firecrackers before heading to the first waypoint.
- 3Arm the car at the first waypoint.
- 4Head to the next waypoint where Biters are gathered. You can use Firecrackers to distract them or run through to the gate.
- 5Kill the two Biters at the door and enter. The person inside is now a Runner; kill him.
- 6Turn on the Power Box on the wall to establish a Safe Zone.
- 7Contact the GRE by getting to a nearby rooftop and reporting your progress.
- 8Arm two more cars, using Firecrackers to move Biters away from them.
- 9Head to the next waypoint.
- 10Turn on a Power Box located in a building with one side missing. Climb to it using the stairs to the right of the building and then the planks leading to it. A Biter waits for you; kill it and turn on the Power Box.
- 11Turn on another Power Box not far from your current position.
- 12Make your way to the Trainyard to turn on the last Power Box.
- 13To reach the Power Box at the Trainyard, climb the pole behind it and jump to the Power Box.
- 14The lights won't work, so head to the nearby Substation.
- 15Open the Garage Door at the Substation. A Big Guy will emerge. You have two options:
- 16[1] Kill the Big Guy: This will consume many resources as you don't have strong weapons yet. He is slow to attack, winding up his swings or spins, which are easy to avoid. Be careful not to attack too many times consecutively, or he will backhand you.
- 17[2] Lead him away: You can bypass him and enter the building. There is a Biter to the left that is busy eating.
- 18To enter the building, crouch through a hole to the left of the Biter.
- 19Turn on the Power Box in the middle of the building.
- 20Exit through the Red Door.
- 21Proceed straight until you reach a bridge. Go underneath it and climb the pipes.
- 22Run across the pipes until you reach stairs and more Biters.
- 23Use your Map to plan a route to the nearby Safe Zone.
- 24Reach the Safe Zone and go to sleep.
- 25After waking up, contact the GRE.
- 26Finally, head over to talk to Brecken.
