    Head to the waypoint. You'll see a blue van parked out front. Before you can enter, you'll need to deal with the guards. Once they're down, go inside for a cutscene. After that, find and talk to Kahrin.

    After getting instructions from Kahrin, you need to contact the GRE. Head to the next waypoint. Be prepared for a fight: expect around 11-18 Biters, 1 Big Guy, and maybe 4-6 Runners. Once you've cleared them out, approach the garage door and open it.

    An Acid Zombie will attack as you open the garage door. Quickly jump up top and take it down. Don't worry, these are pretty weak. After dealing with it, head back to the garage door.     Use the zipline to descend towards the garage. This will get you to the next area faster. When you reach the Power Station, you'll find it blocked by barbed wire. You'll need to go around to the top where you'll see two people. Climb to the top of the antenna.

    After switching the antenna back on, head back to Rais and talk to Kahrin.

    You'll then be tasked with collecting money from people who owe Rais. Your first stop is Jaffar Wheelstation. Just talk to the man to get your money.

    Your next location is a Fishing Village. When you arrive, make sure to close the gate behind you to prevent more zombies from entering. Inside, you'll face about 9-11 Biters. Head to the building with the second floor and talk to Gursel to collect your payment.

    The last person you need to collect from is located north of the Fishing Village, at the Docks. Talk to him to get the final payment.

    After collecting all the money, you'll start heading back to Rais's Compound. About halfway there, Kahrin will contact you about locating their patrols. Head to the designated location.

    You'll start getting shot at by a Madman. Quickly run towards the building in front of you to avoid him blowing up propane tanks or igniting gas with his gun. The note you need is located with the body in front of the building. Be cautious when picking it up, as the gunfire might attract Runners.

    Make your way back to Kahrin and deliver the note. Once that's done, head back to the Tower and talk to Brecken.

  • When dealing with the initial guards, you don't necessarily need to kill them outright. Focus on getting inside.
  • The Acid Zombie near the garage is weak, so take it down quickly before it becomes a problem.
  • Closing the gate at the Fishing Village is crucial to prevent being overwhelmed by zombies.
