Now, when you get to the final location, you can't just waltz in from the sides or the roof. You'll need to drop down to the very bottom and head towards the middle of the WAYPOINT. Look up to the top right – you should see an OPEN WINDOW. You can either use your GRAPPLING HOOK to get up there quickly, or you can climb the stuff on the walls.

Once you're inside, find the KITCHEN. Inside the FRIDGE, you'll find a NOTE. This note tells you where her father went.

Here's a tricky part: when you leave the kitchen, if you go through the left room, you'll encounter a BABY. This baby will start screaming, which not only damages you but also prevents you from attacking until you 'suffocate' it. On top of that, the scream will attract RUNNERS to your location. So, be prepared for that.

Your next destination is the PIZZA PLACE, which isn't too far from where you are. When you enter, watch out – there are two BITERS, one on the left and one on the right, and they're playing dead. Head over to the DEAD GUY near the CASH REGISTER. You'll find the medicine there.
