Learn how to complete your first Introductory Quest in Fantasy Life! Graduate from Novice to Fledgling and unlock new abilities for your chosen Life.

Alright, so you've gotten the King's blessing and Flutter's joined your party. Your next big step is to find your Life Master. Think of them as your personal Yoda for whatever job you picked – they're the expert who'll teach you the ropes.

This first mission is called an Introductory Quest. It's basically your tutorial mission, designed to gently get you used to your chosen Life. Nail this, and you'll level up from a totally new Novice to a slightly more useful Fledgling.

Now, you might notice there are actually a ton of these Introductory Quests – like, twelve pages worth! Don't freak out. The smart play here is to just focus on the quest for the Life you're currently playing. Once you're done with that one, you can totally skip ahead to the next part of the story, which is called Life in Castele.

Of course, if you decide to switch Lives later on, you'll have to do the Introductory Quest for that new Life. But here's a cool trick: for any Life you pick after your very first one, you can actually skip the Introductory Quest entirely!

Skipping it doesn't really hurt anything, honestly. But if you've never really tried a combat, crafting, or gathering Life before (or the Angler Life, since it's pretty unique), you might want to stick around and do that first quest just to get a feel for it.
