Part 3: A Pirate's Life (2)

Continue your adventure in Fantasy Life! This guide covers Part 3 of the Pirate's Life quest, from talking to Ahab to reporting to King Erik and Pam.

Alright, let's dive back into the pirate's life! This next part of your journey in Fantasy Life picks up right after you've been looking for Olivia. Don't worry if you haven't found her yet, because our next step is to chat with a local fisherman named Mister Ahab. He's located to the south-west, and he's got some cryptic advice about treasure hunting, especially hinting that you might need to do it at night.

After Ahab leaves, Olivia shows up! Perfect timing. Now that you're both ready, it's time to head to the Tortuga Archipelago. You can get there by returning to the Save crystal you used earlier and heading south, across the pier.

Once you arrive, you'll need to find the legendary treasure. Luckily, there's a handy red arrow on your bottom screen to guide you. Follow it in a north-westerly direction towards the Shipwreck. Keep an eye out for zombies along the way!

Just before you reach the Shipwreck, you'll run into some shadowy monsters. Where there are shadowy monsters, there's usually a Doom Stone nearby. This one is in the top-left corner. You'll face a two-on-three battle. You can either take out the Shadowy Sharks first or use Olivia as a distraction while you smash the Doom Stone. Once the sharks are no longer shadowy, the Shipwreck door will open, so let's head inside!

Inside the Shipwreck, you and Olivia will split up to cover more ground. If you followed Ahab's advice and came here at night, look for a beam of light shining down on a crack in the floor towards the south. Inspect that crack – it'll reveal the Great Pirate’s Journal. It might not be the treasure you expected, but it's a crucial clue!

With the journal in hand, it's time to rest. Head to the Port Puerto Inn. If you haven't been there yet, go north towards the Marina and stop just before the Palace Way entrance; it's on your left. Olivia's already covered the cost, so get some well-deserved rest.

The next morning, find Olivia waiting for you past the entrance to the Pirate Port. She still has some things on her mind, and Ahab might have the answers. He's waiting at the lighthouse, so let's go see him. Head back to the Beach District, then go west from the Save crystal and up the slope towards Elise’s Lighthouse.

After speaking with Ahab, you'll have obtained two Goddess’s Treasures! Now, you need to deliver the official reply to King Erik. Head to the Palace Parlour, where Andy was before. After reporting to King Erik, you'll receive Olivia’s Letter. You'll get a reward of 5000 Dosh for your excellent service!

Finally, you need to report back to Pam. Head outside, and you'll find her waiting by her house as usual. And that's it for this part of your adventure!
