Unhappy Reunion

Guide to the Unhappy Reunion mission in Far Cry 3. Learn how to defeat Buck in a knife duel and rescue Keith, then return to Dr. Earnhardt's Mansion.

Alright, so you've got the ancient Chinese knife, and it's time to cash it in for Keith. Head over to Buck's place. When you get there, he'll want the knife, but you'll need to ask for Keith first. He'll give you the key, so go downstairs and find him. Keith's pretty spooked, as you can imagine. Just as you're about to get him out, Buck shows up and decides he's keeping both of you. Time for a knife duel! Don't let Buck's military experience fool you; you can take him down. Once he's dealt with, escort Keith back to Dr. Earnhardt's Mansion to reunite with the others. The objectives for this mission are: Go to Buck's hut, and Bring the knife to Buck. Just a heads-up, even if you have a different knife, Jason will use the standard machete for this fight.
