Far Cry 5: Destroy the Honking Truck Mission Guide

Alright, so you've stumbled upon the Grimalkin Radon Mine, east of Hope County Jail. Turns out, it's where that movie star, Guy Marvel, is trying to film his latest masterpiece, 'Blood Dragon 3.' The problem? Too much noise! He needs silence, and that's where you come in. After chatting with the 1st Assistant Director, your job is to shut down the noise, however you see fit.

Walkthrough

First things first, head west towards the location of a noisy truck. You'll spot a couple of Cultists hanging around. It's a good idea to get your Remote Explosives ready, or if you've got an RPG-7, that'll work too. Take out that truck before you even think about dealing with the Cultists. Once the truck is toast, you'll have to face a larger group of them. Make sure you stick to cover and pick them off one by one. After the area is clear, head back to Dean. As you get close, he'll notice more trouble brewing.

The noise is coming from the south this time. Make your way over there, but try to stay on top of the hill. You'll find more Cultists who are already in a bit of a scuffle with some Resistance fighters. Jump in and help them out by taking down all the Cultists in the area. Once that's done, return to Dean again.

For your final task, you need to destroy some cult speaker trucks near the movie set. Hurry over there and equip your RPG or some Remote Explosives. As soon as you spot a truck, blow it up. Then, turn your attention to the Angels that are rushing towards you. Keep moving and try to thin their numbers. Keep an eye out, because two more speaker trucks will show up. Once you've cleared the area of both trucks and Angels, head back to Guy to wrap up the mission.

Tips

When you destroy the truck, expect some serious resistance. Be ready for a fight!
As soon as those speaker trucks appear, focus on destroying them. This will prevent more Angels from showing up and making your life harder.
