After liberating Hope County Jail, speak with the Sheriff and agree to help find the missing resistance fighters.

Travel northeast of the Jail to the location known as The Misery. Prepare for the mission.

Approach The Misery from the north, using binoculars to tag cultists. Prioritize Marksmen and cultists with alarm icons, as they can call for reinforcements and harm hostages.

Infiltrate the main building from inside, using a Zipline to get onto the boat.

Turn right upon entering, drop down one level, and stealthily eliminate the cultist behind you. Do not release hostages until the area is clear.

Turn left, take the stairs up, and eliminate the first reinforcement cultist encountered. Stash the body to avoid detection.

Go back outside, ascend the stairs, and dispatch the cultist near another hostage.

Descend the stairs, climb the ladder at the far end, and eliminate the cultist looking into the distance. Alternatively, wait for him to move and perform a drop attack.
