Alright, so you're heading towards the Grain Elevator in Holland Valley and you'll probably stumble upon some cultists fighting the Resistance. Just jump in with your favorite weapon and clear them out. Once that's done, grab the Prepper note nearby. It'll point you towards the stash hidden inside the elevator.
You'll see two entrances into the building. For this stash, we're going to the roof first. Circle around the back of the Grain Elevator and climb up to the roof. Don't bother with the ladder you see; instead, keep going around the side of the roof until you find a boarded-up window.
Give that window a good whack with your melee attack to break it open and climb inside. Be super careful in here – there are bee nests everywhere! Just follow the path, and you'll eventually drop through a broken floorboard to the bottom. Down there, you'll find a safe. You can crack it open now, but fair warning, it might agitate the bees, so maybe save it for last. There's also some other loot scattered around.
Once you've grabbed what you can down there, turn around and climb back up. You'll need to break open a boarded-up door and keep moving forward.
Now, you'll have to make your way up the stairs and along the sides of the building. It's pretty much a straight shot upwards from here. If you happen to fall, don't sweat it – just start the climb again. Keep at it, and you'll eventually reach the stash at the very top. After you've looted everything, look for a zipline near a window. Hop on that, and it'll take you back down to the ground.
