The Resistance

Upon exiting the bunker, Dutch will brief you on building resistance.

Rescuing Civilians: Find captured civilians, eliminate nearby cultists, and free them. This increases RP and may reveal mission locations.

Destroy Cult Properties: Target cult shrines, silos, and vehicles. Destroying these grants RP. Early on, you can destroy two shrines on foot; later, vehicles or planes are more efficient.

Complete Missions: All missions, including Story and Side Missions, reward RP, often with the largest increases.

Liberate Cult Outposts: Clear heavily fortified areas of cultists. Stealth is recommended for a cash bonus and to avoid calling for backup.

Cultist Shrine #1: Head west to find a shrine. Use binoculars to tag enemies. Approach stealthily, perform takedowns on cultists. Loot them for items like an AR-C and Dynamite. Destroy the shrine by shooting the gas canister in the center for 75 RP.

Johnson Lookout Tower & Civilian Rescue: Head south from the shrine towards Johnson Lookout Tower. Circle around the ledges to find a Prepper Icon. Use binoculars to spot two cultists and a captured civilian. Eliminate the cultists stealthily and liberate the civilian for 50 RP. This civilian will reveal the location of your first Prepper Stash. You will also receive a call from Dutch about another nearby civilian, starting the Guns for Hire mission.

Prepper Stash: Sunken Funds: Before heading to the Prepper Stash icon, visit Johnson Lookout Tower. Go upstairs, find ammo, and interact with a phone. Look towards the Prepper Stash icon with binoculars and tag any spotted cultists. Take the zipline to Silver Lake Boathouse.

Examine the note at the boathouse; you'll need a key to enter and restore power, adding a mission to your journal.
