Alright, let's talk about Kanata, the main hero of Lost Sphear! He's got this awesome power called Memory, which lets him bring back stuff lost to that weird white mist. Think of him as the guy who can literally restore the world. He grew up in Elgarthe, pretty much raising himself after his mom vanished. That tough upbringing made him a skilled swordsman, good enough to protect his village from monsters even without fancy spritnite. He's like a seasoned imperial soldier, but from a small town!

Kanata's kind of a do-it-all character, not necessarily the best at any one thing, but he's got some really useful tricks up his sleeve. He's the first in your party to get a heal called Aura. It's not the strongest or longest-reaching heal, and it can remove a random debuff, which is neat, but you'll get better options later. Still, it's a lifesaver in a pinch!

His best move, hands down, is the spritnite called Calamity. It's a damage dealer, sure, but the real kicker is that it weakens the enemy's physical and magical attack power. Definitely keep this one handy!

Then there's Guardian. This skill is super handy because it makes a character immune to all physical and magical damage for a bit. They'll stay protected until they take enough hits, so it's great for keeping your squishier party members safe.

Finally, Kanata has Shining. This one hits all enemies with holy-type damage, which is cool enough, but it also heals your entire party! That makes it way better than Aura.
