Walkthrough

    After an initial cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), battle imperial soldiers. They have high HP but are not difficult.

    Avoid the purple liquid on the map, as it deals damage and poisons you.

    Head north from the start to a locked door. A lever to the right, before a narrow hallway, opens an east door.

    Go through the east door to find another switch. This activates flamethrowers in the adjacent room, clearing enemies.

    Access the switch at the north end to open the previously locked door.

    Proceed through the north door to fight the same three enemies again.

    After the battle, you are in the main room with poisonous water, a collapsing bridge, and conveyor belts.

    Drop down on the left side. Follow the path to a tunnel leading west to a four-way intersection.

    In the next room, find a chest with 2 VP Chargers and a sparkle yielding the Chef’s Pal artifact knowledge.

    Return to the main room and take the lower path. Hit the switch to reverse the conveyors above you.

    Use the conveyor to the left of the stairs to reach another conveyor, leading back to where you dropped off on the right.

    Use the conveyor you just changed to arrive on the platform opposite the bridge. Enemies will spawn here.

    After clearing the enemies, find a lever in the bottom corner to move the bridge down, creating a shortcut to the beginning.

    Ignore the save point to the west and the conveyor below it.

    Continue north from the last enemies into the next room to find the lost tree. The trio from earlier appear, followed by a new challenger.

BOSS - Waste Toad

The Waste Toad inflicts status ailments like Poison, Confuse, and Phys. Weaken with Ooze. It can also use Sleeping Gas. Damaging attacks include Soap Breath (100+ damage), Gas Bomb (AoE), Discharge (thunder-elemental), Gas Leak, Lonely Breath, Short Circuit (around the boss), Tongue Whip (single target), and Frog Rain (150+ damage AoE).
