Walkthrough

    From the entrance of the Inner Chamber, travel north and take the first set of stairs on your left.

    Defeat the Guardbots in the room ahead, and the enemies in the room to the north.

    Find two switches on the right. The second switch opens a door nearby.

    Head through the opened door, collect the sparkle on the ground, and proceed north through the first door you opened earlier.

    In the next room, defeat the new enemy type, Crasher.

    Find a sparkle in the northeast corner. Collect 3 Spring Waters from a chest by going left to the end of the path.

    Double back and take the other path (left at the fork). Defeat the enemies guarding a sparkle that yields the artifact knowledge, Avenger.

    Continue east to a room with a save point.

    Hit the switch on the northern wall to open the door to its left.

    Heal at the save point if needed, then run south to hit another switch, opening a nearby door.

    Consume a beneficial dish if you have one, then confront the person in the room to trigger a boss fight.

BOSS - Zemrode (3)

Zemrode is fast and attacks multiple times per turn. He has two lives due to Revitalize, which revives him to full health after the first KO, potentially KOing a party member.

  • Attacks: Five elemental sword techniques (hit 4x, can inflict oblivion, Slashed, or Slow), Peerless Might (high damage on crit), Overgrown (multi-hit, high damage), All Things (high AoE damage).
  • Weaknesses: High physical evasion, but physical attacks are still viable.
  • Strategy: Focus on dealing damage quickly but carefully. Use characters like Sherra for AoE healing (X-Heal) and ailment removal (Refresh). Kanata can mitigate damage with Calamity. Include strong damage dealers like Obaro.
  1. After defeating Zemrode, return to the save point to heal if necessary.
  2. Go back to Zemrode's room and take the western path, then turn south.
  3. Take the eastern diversion to a dead end with a chest containing the Phantom Fang weapon for Lumina.
  4. Go south to another path, defeat the enemies, and take the elevator north of them.
  5. Use the save point here to heal and save.
  6. Descend the stairs to your left. A scene will play out, leading to the next boss.

BOSS - Neo Rattler

Neo Rattler is a stronger version of the Death Rattler with similar skills.

  • Attacks: Light Surge (front-facing cannon attack), gas moves (Sleeping Gas, Toxic Gas), Nerve Gas (inflicts paralysis, oblivion, silence), Giga Proton Beam (high AoE damage, chance of instant kill), Fusillade, Bullet Barrage.
  • Strategy: Position yourself to avoid Light Surge. Use Panaceas or Sherra's Refresh to negate gas ailments. Be prepared to resurrect fallen party members after Giga Proton Beam.
