    Nuke Building B1: The Offices
    • Exit the elevator and proceed straight to the door in front of you.

    Eliminate the guard in the area for easier navigation.

    In the top-right corner, find a box of Stun Grenades.

    In the middle room on the right side, find the Nikita missile launcher and ammo.

    Return to the elevator and go to floor B2.

    Nuke Building B2: The Labs
    • Lean against the left wall to see Hal Emmerich.

    Proceed through the only door. A scene will play showing an electrified floor and a gas-filled area.

    Deep Throat will call, advising the use of a remote-controlled missile to disable the electricity.

    Equip the Nikita launcher. Fire a missile and control it in third-person (or first-person using the look button) to navigate through automated guns and a door.

    Destroy the electricity control box by crashing the missile into it.

    Return to the elevator to regain air, then proceed across the now-safe floor.

    Run down, passing three doors on the right. Enter the first door for a Ration, skip the second for now, and enter the third to find a Gas Mask, which slows oxygen depletion.

    Head all the way down, turn right, and proceed to the end of the hall, avoiding a camera.

    Enter the next area, run forward, and enter the room north of you.

    Run down the hallway, turn the corner, and witness a scene revealing the Cyborg Ninja.

    Enter the room after the Ninja to trigger a scene with Snake, the Ninja, and Hal Emmerich. The Ninja will offer to fight Snake while Hal hides.
