Alright, you've made it to Hanger Floor B1, the Cell Block. As soon as you get here, Mei Ling will give you a call. She'll tell you the DARPA chief is nearby and showing up on your radar. If you want a quick peek, stick to the right wall, and the camera will show him in his cell.

After that chat, head south down the hallway. You'll see a door on your right, but it's electronically locked, needing at least a Level 1 card. Just ignore it and keep going south. At the next turn, hang a right and go all the way to the end. You'll find a ladder going up. The Colonel will call and explain how to climb it – just go ahead and do that.

You'll pop into another ventilation duct. Keep moving forward. At the first intersection to your right, you'll find some SOCOM bullets. Grab them! If you peek down through the grating, you'll spot a guard on the toilet chatting about some 'well-built' woman. Head back to the main duct path and continue onward. It's a pretty straightforward path, so you shouldn't get lost. Near the end of the duct, you'll see two gratings. Look down the first one to see a woman working out in her cell. Ignore her and move to the second grating. Just before you reach it, the Colonel will call and tell you how to look down into a grating. Yeah, we know.

Look down the second grating, and you'll find the DARPA Chief. Get ready, because a long cutscene is about to start.
