This section details the secrets and collectibles found within the '1-3 After The Demons!' stage of Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound. It covers the locations of Crystal Skulls, Golden Scarabs, and Scrolls, as well as challenges to complete for a high rank.

Walkthrough:

Shrine #1: Follow the path right. To deflect projectiles, stay near the Red Ninja and let him throw shuriken. Continue right, using fireballs to cross gaps. Find the first Golden Scarab by dropping down using the platforms near the fireballs. Beware of the new 'Fuma Shield' enemy.

Shrine #2: Meet Muramasa, the merchant. Use Golden Scarabs to buy talismans. Continue into the cave, avoiding spikes. Destroy the fake wall in the bottom right corner to find the secret room containing the Scroll collectible. Continue upwards, using fireballs and faces spitting fireballs to ascend. Find another Golden Scarab at the top.

Shrine #3: Continue left. Defeat Gurthka by bouncing off his shuriken. Find the Triple Golden Scarab (counts as 3). Navigate the large pit area carefully, dealing with Red Ninjas. Climb walls to reach higher platforms and encounter Jet Ninjas. Find the next shrine.

Shrine #4: In the next pit area, find the first Crystal Skull above. Continue left, defeating Jet Ninjas and Red Ninjas. A Red Ninja with a blue aura guards the second Crystal Skull near a Fuma Shield.

Shrine #5: Kill the Ronin and proceed. Gurthka burns the bridge, forcing you to run right. Jump over a Ronin and hang off the ledge to get the last Crystal Skull. Cross the next pit using Jet Ninjas and defeat a Fuma Shield. Use fireballs to cross a spiked tunnel.

Shrine #6: Climb the shaft. Defeat a Fuma Shield and a Jet Ninja. A turret appears; destroy it. Dodge a land mine. Meet a CIA Agent.

Shrine #7: Enter the cave behind the CIA Agent. Prepare for the boss fight against Gurthka.

Boss Fight: Gurthka

Gurthka has several attacks, including ground slams that release fireballs, a flying claw swipe with fireballs, a large fire breath attack, and ground pillars. He also summons a skull with a blue aura for free damage. The arena now has fire in the center, limiting movement. Stay on one side and attack when he approaches. His flamethrower attack has a larger range but can be avoided by staying on the opposite side of the arena.
