Part 49

Stay on the left side for most of the boulder run, quickly jumping over spikes and using Wall Runs to move faster. If you get trampled by the boulder, Ryu will immediately start over at the beginning of the Corridor.

Once you reach the end of the Corridor, Ryu will grab onto a metal bar and start swinging.

Jump from bar to bar until you reach the Save Point. SAVE your game.

Descend the large spiral going down to the area below. Kill the glowing apparitions (ghostly enemies) with the Windmill Shuriken.

Keep descending until you reach an area with a large fossilized dinosaur. Kill the Shadow fiends (shadowy enemies) that appear here to clear the area. Notice the large altar next to the metal gate; remember it for later.

Enter through the other metal gate towards a large area infested with Wasp Fiends (insect-like enemies). Jump down to the bottom and use Flying Swallow/Windmill Shuriken attacks on them.

Explore this room to see a couple of high ledges. There is a Golden Scarab on an alcove above and two ledges that go back up to the fossilized dinosaur area.

Once all the Wasp Fiends are gone, search the upper alcove for Golden Scarab #14. Use a Bird Flip (a jump maneuver) in the enclosure and you will land on the alcove to find the Scarab.

Jump to the ledge across from the Scarab and you will see a higher ledge across from you with a chest. Use a Wall Run to reach the chest and open it to find a Life OTG item (an item that restores health).

Jump back down and out of Inner Econtra to find a Save Point. SAVE your game.

Continue to descend the large spiral (or jump down to the ground below).

At the bottom, prepare to fight more Shadow Fiends and Apparitions. Kill them all and then access Muramasa's Statue (a shop) to replenish any items you need.

Enter the tunnel and jump down the ladder. You'll find Golden Scarab #15 between the crevices of the wall.

Continue into the Tomb Of Eons until you reach a large circular platform. Use a downward strike on the switch in the center to activate the platform and make it descend.

As the platform descends, Shadow Fiends will appear; kill them.

Once the platform stops, enter the doorway to another cavern.

Approach the Save Point and SAVE your game. Open the chest in the corner to find the VIGOORIAN FLAILS weapon. Equip it if you want.

Make your way for the opposite doorway to enter a new room.

As you enter the Ritual Room, you will be swarmed with Wasp Fiends. Eliminate them with Flying Swallow attacks.

Once the last Wasp Fiend dies, the door locks and Zombies (undead enemies) and Archers (ranged enemies) will appear.

Approach the Archer first and eliminate it with hard combos. Block its arrows and then use the leftover essence for Ultimate Techniques (powerful attacks) on the other Zombies. There are four Archers total.

Once the Archers are gone, use any weapon you want on the other Zombies. Stay evasive and kill them off with UTs.

Once the room is cleared, the door will re-open. Grab the HOLY GRAIL item on the mantle and then exit the room.

When you exit the Ritual Room, more Zombies and Archers will appear in the corridor. Eliminate them or make your way back to the rotating platform.

When you reach the platform, strike the dial to make it ascend back up. Destroy the Zombies that appear until the platform stops halfway.

Continue destroying Zombies and then strike the dial again to make it ascend up.

Make your way up to the large spiral cavern and eliminate anything that gets in your way.

As you ascend the spiral, there will be FOUR Archers waiting for you. Use Incendiary Shurikens on them and block their arrow attacks. Be careful not to fall, or the Archers will respawn (be brought back to life at a checkpoint after death).

Make your way back to the Save Point next to Inner Econtra and SAVE your game!

Go back up to Econtra Babel Specus and place the HOLY GRAIL on the altar near the fossilized dinosaur to trigger the next boss fight.

BOSS BATTLE: BONE DRAGON. On HARD MODE, Wasp Fiends will assist the boss.
