Walkthrough
- 1SAVE your game at the Save Point. Replenish supplies at Muramasa's Statue if needed.
- 2Exit the Monastery back to Monastery Plaza.
- 3Take the open pathway towards Drawbridge Hill, eliminating soldiers along the way.
- 4Use the Save Point at Drawbridge Hill if necessary.
- 5Head down the steps towards Drawbridge Square.
- 6Pull the lever to lower the bridge.
- 7In Drawbridge Square, encounter Blue Dinos. You do not need to defeat them, but doing so rewards Rachel with the BLADE OF THE OUROBOROS Sorcery.
- 8Exit Drawbridge Square through the Blue-jeweled doorway.
- 9Engage the soldiers: take out the Grenadier first, then use Ultimate Techniques (UTs) on the other two.
- 10Go to the end of the path and strike the crack on the wall to reveal a secret pathway.
- 11Open the chest for a reward and proceed down the zigzag path to the next gate.
- 12Upon exiting into Dworku Alleyway, you can choose to go to Great Bridge Square (boss fight) or the Military Gate (enemy ambush).
- 13Optional: To do both, complete the Enemy Ambush first. Go up the stairs and exit through the Red-jeweled door to the Military Gate.
- 14RACHEL ENEMY AMBUSH #2: MILITARY GATE (HARD MODE NOTE: 80 BROWN SHADOW FIENDS AND BLUE GOBDECKS). After the battle, Rachel receives another Hairstyle.
- 15After the ambush, proceed to the Bronze Lilly Door. Eliminate any soldiers and use the Save Point next to it.
- 16Go to Clock Tower Square and exit through the Green-jeweled door. Replenish items at Muramasa's Shop if needed.
- 17Approach Great Bridge Square. Be prepared for a Black Spider ambush. Use quick evasion and hard combos on the BS Ninjas.
- 18BOSS BATTLE: GAMOV (HARD MODE NOTE: Gamov will have MSAT soldiers assisting him).
- 19MISSION COMPLETE!
- 20CHAPTER 9: HIDDEN UNDERGROUND
- 21After the battle with the Bone Dragon, collect the Lives of the Thousand Gods #3 item.
- 22Return to the Save Point at Inner Econtra and SAVE your game. Do NOT jump down immediately.
- 23Jump down to the area with the Bone Dragon's dead body.
- 24UNDERGROUND CEMETARY: Find GOLDEN SCARAB #16 near the Bone Dragon's body.
- 25Enter the doorway to the next area.
- 26COFFIN CHAMBER: Defeat Four Archers and some Apparitions. Use Incendiary Shurikens if available.
- 27Enter the next room, upgrade the Dragon Sword to Level Three at Muramasa's Statue, and restock.
- 28Use the Save Point and open the chest to find the MAP for the area.
- 29Exit to the Suspension Bridge Room.
- 30SUSPENSION BRIDGE ROOM: Collect LIFE OF THE GODS #14 to the left of the exit. Collect GOLDEN SCARAB #17 to the right of the exit. Avoid walking on the bridge.
- 31Jump down to the bottom of the room to encounter Zombies and Shadow Fiends. Eliminate them.
- 32Enter either the Red Eye or Blue Eye doorway.
- 33RED EYE CHAMBER: Run on the water using zigzag patterns to avoid arrows from the two Archers. Kill the Archers.
- 34Press the Red Eye button on the wall to unlock one side of the large door outside.
- 35Underneath the Red Eye button area, swim under the water to find GOLDEN SCARAB #18.
- 36Collect LIFE OF THE GODS #15.
Tips
- The Blue Dinos in Drawbridge Square are optional but reward Rachel with the BLADE OF THE OUROBOROS Sorcery.
- The Military Gate ambush and the Gamov boss fight can be tackled in either order, but doing the ambush first is recommended if you intend to do both.
- Upgrade the Dragon Sword to Level Three by the time you reach the Coffin Chamber.
- Equip all nine Life Of The Gods items to significantly increase your health bar.
- Use zigzag running patterns in the Red Eye Chamber to avoid enemy projectiles.
