    Exit the Monastery to Monastery Plaza and take the only open pathway towards Drawbridge Hill.

    Eliminate soldiers on the way to Drawbridge Hill.

    Use the Save Point at Drawbridge Hill if needed.

    Go down the steps towards Drawbridge Square.

    Pull the lever to lower the bridge and head into the Square.

    Defeat the Ogres in Drawbridge Square to receive the BLADE OF THE OUROBOROS Sorcery for Rachel.

    Exit Drawbridge Square through the Blue-jeweled doorway.

    Roll jump towards the soldiers, eliminate the Grenadier first, then the other two soldiers using Ultimate Techniques (UTs).

    Go to the end of the path and strike the crack on the wall to open a secret pathway.

    Open the chest for a reward and proceed down the zigzag path to the next gate.

    Upon exiting into Dworku Alleyway, decide whether to go to Great Bridge Square (boss) or the Military Gates (ambush).

    Go up the stairs and exit through the Red-jeweled door to the Military Gate.

    After the enemy ambush at the Military Gate, proceed to the Bronze Lilly Door.

    Replenish items at Muramasa's Shop if needed.

    Enter the next room to find Muramasa's Statue. Upgrade the Dragon Sword to Level Three if possible.

    Exit this room to the Suspension Bridge Room.

    Jump down to the bottom of the Suspension Bridge Room and eliminate the Zombies and Shadow Fiends.

    Explore the area and choose to enter either the Red Eye or Blue Eye doorway to begin a series of puzzles.
Tips
  • Use Ultimate Techniques (UTs) on groups of soldiers.
  • If you choose to do both objectives in Chapter 8, complete the Military Gates ambush before heading to Great Bridge Square.
  • On Very Hard Mode, the Military Gate ambush consists of 100 Pink/Brown Fiends and Ogres, and Gamov is assisted by robot MSAT soldiers.
  • Do not jump down from Econtra Babel Specus immediately after collecting Lives of the Thousand Gods #3; return to the Save Point first.
  • In the Suspension Bridge Room, avoid walking on the bridge itself.
