Fillmore the Blacksmith
Fillmore is an early-game NPC and trader. After defeating Warrick, he relocates to his forge in Sacrament, located over the bridge opposite the main entrance from the south. He sells essential tools like a pickaxe and shovel, as well as basic weapons that can be used to experiment with different builds.

Eleanor the Enchanter
Eleanor is available from the start, found northwest of Fillmore. She offers rune spells for healing and utility, including weapon repair. Eleanor also sells a staff for magick builds and can enchant any weapon for a fee, improving its stats and rarity. She can also infuse weapons and armor with gems found in the wilderness.

Whittacker the Woodworker
Located next to Eleanor in the market square, Whittacker is a woodworker. He buys items and sells specialized equipment like the woodcutter’s axe and a fishing rod. He also offers Pine Planks for building upgrades, a short bow for ranged builds, and furniture for player housing.

Grinnich the Trader
South of Whittacker, Grinnich is a general trader. He sells a pickaxe, copper ingot, and crafting resources like Mushrooms, Raw Carp, and Artemisia Herbs. He also offers weapon and armor shards, copper ore, clay, and a chipped sapphire for enchanting gear. His inventory expands as Sacrament is upgraded.

Mirabelle and Meriweather
East of Grinnich, Mirabelle and Meriweather are tailors. Initially, they sell Jute Garment and Craft Leather. They also offer basic armor pieces that can be repurchased and enchanted with Eleanor. Their shop inventory increases when their shop is upgraded by speaking with Danos.

Captain Randolph
South of the town square, opposite the main Whisper fast travel point, Randolph offers bounties and challenges. These vary from killing enemies to gathering materials or defeating bosses. Completing these offers rewards such as recipes, equipment, materials, and coin. Randolph can also help discover new boss locations.

Caroline the Innkeeper
Caroline is an innkeeper found immediately upon entering Sacrament, to the right.
