Walkthrough

    On the first turn against the Pokey, use your strongest hammer attacks on its head.

    After the Pokey grows a segment, aim to guarantee two slots on the Battle Spinner (a mechanic that allows you to enhance sticker effects).

    Use Hopslippers chained together for massive damage (10 points per sticker) for the next few turns.

    Once the Pokey reaches 3 or 4 segments, use the Bat (highly recommended for 30 points of damage per segment) or another high-damage sticker to force it downward and mitigate incoming damage.

  • The small green Pokeys can be annoying but are manageable with the right stickers.
  • The Pokey's photosynthesis healing is not very potent.

After the desert, you can restock on stickers and Things in Decalburg. All previously obtainable Things that are no longer in your inventory are available for repurchase. If you do not have the Trumpet, you can pick it up here for use in World 3-1.
