First things first, you'll need a Pancham. The good news is you can find Pancham in Wild Zone 3, which is pretty accessible early on as you explore Lumiose City. How to Evolve Pancham into Pangoro:

This is where it gets interesting! Pancham has a special evolution requirement. It needs to be at least level 32, but that's only half the battle. The crucial part is that you *must* have a Dark-type Pokémon in your party when Pancham hits level 32. Seriously, make sure you've got a Dark-type buddy like Absol, Umbreon, Sableye, or any other Dark-type Pokémon with you before you level up your Pancham. Without one, it just won't evolve!
