Walkthrough
- 1Leave through the west gate and go north up the tunnel. At the top, enter the concrete platform, pick up Large-Caliber Ammo x3, and go down the steps.
- 2Follow the metal walkway and drop off the end. During the ensuing chase sequence, stay left until the alligator lunges, then move right, then back left.
- 3After the alligator bites the gas pipe, shoot the pipe to destroy it. Pick up the nearby Hand Grenade.
- 4Wait for Ada to kick down a ladder, climb up, and go west and north to a lift. Wait for Ada and take the lift down.
- 5Head north to a safe room to save.
- 6After a cutscene with Annette Birkin, you'll take control of Ada Wong. Run towards the ladder and attempt to climb it.
- 7Ada will produce the EMF Visualizer. Use it to hack the hidden switch in front of you, then hack the fan above.
- 8Climb the ladder and enter the tunnel. At the end, look right for your first hack.
- 9Hack the fan in front of you.
- 10Point your Visualizer down and right to reroute power to the door ahead. Drop down and go through the door. Pick up Handgun Ammo x12.
- 11Head down the steps and go north, then southeast around a structure. You can avoid or shoot the zombie ahead.
- 12Continue west and north, following the wire. Ignore the zombie that drops down.
- 13Head back south and east. Use headshots to stagger blocking zombies.
- 14Run north and west to a lift. Stagger the zombie blocking the way and run past.
- 15Step on the elevator to go up to the walkway.
- 16Follow the walkway and go through the door after Annette. At the end of the passage, hack the junction to the right to reroute power.
- 17Pull the lever and go through the door. Hack the junction above the door to reroute power to the fan.
- 18Run to the back of the room and hack the fan. Interact with it to escape.
- 19Head north up the stairs to find a typewriter to save your game.
- 20Run north and follow the walkway to find a lever to power up the door to the Incinerator.
- 21Go back down the stairs and into the Incinerator. Examine the corpse at the back to obtain an ID Wristband.
- 22A one-minute countdown will start. Hack the junctions as indicated: lower left, left junction above the door, halfway along the left wall, right junction above the door, halfway along the right wall, and the middle junction above the door.
- 23Exit the Incinerator via the east door. Turn left and head north to the Treatment Pool Room.
- 24As Leon again, turn around and look left for a lift. Ride it up.
- 25Go west to find a typewriter and item box. Head north down the stairs and drop into the muck.
- 26Pick up Large-Caliber Ammo x5. Wade north and turn right into the Upper Waterway. Take the northern branch for Shotgun Shells x2, then take the southern branch.
- 27Climb out and ascend the stairs. Deal with any zombies.
- 28Head north along the walkway. Note that doors are locked. Continue north, turn right, and go down the stairs to the Lower Waterway.
- 29Pick up the Combat Knife from the barrel and drop into the muck.
- 30Turn right (west) and slide down into the lower channel. Hug the left wall. Climb up onto a platform to retrieve a Blue Herb.
Tips
- During the alligator chase, precise movement is key. Stay on the left until it lunges, then move right, then back left.
- When controlling Ada, the EMF Visualizer is crucial for progressing. Pay attention to visual cues for hackable points.
- If you are in the danger state (unable to run very fast) when approaching the lift, consider reloading a previous save to avoid difficulty with the upcoming sections.
