    Drop down and head right.

    Go across the bridge, and Spin Dash (a move where Sonic curls into a ball and dashes forward) through the boulders.

    Collect the Water Shield and run down the hill.

    Go up the hills, and Spin Dash through the tunnel.

    Jump up to the switch via the spring.

    Press the switch to drain the water.
