Guide Sebastian through the treacherous Part 16 of The Evil Within 2. Find collectibles, defeat enemies, and uncover the story's secrets with this detailed walkthrough.
Alright, let's dive back into The Evil Within 2. We're heading into Part 16, and things are about to get a little more intense as we try to track down that killer.
Walkthrough:
- First things first, head forward and examine the board on the fence. This is our ticket to moving forward, so give it a look.
- Now, take a left and head back towards that fence. In the corner to your left, you'll find WEAPON PARTS x20. While you're here, you can break down the door too – why not?
- You might think the stairs are the way to go, but trust me, there's nothing up there. Keep following the path.
- You'll hear an enemy up ahead, but it'll run off before you can do anything about it. Loot the soldier you find for HANDGUN BULLET x3.
- Keep going until the end of the path. Be ready, because an enemy is about to burst out. You *can* try for a stealth kill, but be prepared to fight him head-on if that doesn't work. He should drop an AXE for you.
- Head up the ladder into a set of rooms. In the first room, you'll find a SHOCK BOLT and FILE 14/40. Congrats, that's the last collectible for this chapter!
- NOTE: If you have the 'Last Chance' DLC downloaded, you might find HIGH-GRADE WEAPON PARTS on the workbench here.
- You'll also find a SYRINGE and a workbench in this room. Stock up and heal if you need to.
- Move to the next room. You'll see a doll on the ground. Grab the SHOTGUN SHELL x4 and HANDGUN BULLET x5 nearby. Then, interact with the doll to trigger a scene and get the MYRA DOLL item. Enjoy the cutscenes as Sebastian pieces things together.
- NOTE: You'll earn the 'Taken' Bronze Trophy here for seeing a chilling vision. It's a story trophy, so you can't miss it.
- After the cutscene where Sebastian tries to contact O'Neal, we need to leave the warehouse. BUT, before you go, head left out the door. At the dead end, you'll find some GUNPOWDER.
- Now, head back to the workbench if you need to upgrade. I'd recommend having at least 6 Shotgun Shells for what's coming up.
- Head back down the ladder. Uh oh, looks like we're experiencing some interference. Exit the warehouse.
- As you trail the unknown serial killer outside, don't bother shooting – he'll just dodge. You'll get a scene where he summons some monsters to fight you.
- JESUS! We've got THREE Flesh Hounds. Your best bet is to retreat back into the warehouse and use the containers to funnel them around corners. This makes them much easier to shotgun down.
- Only two will likely follow you inside, so be aware of one more lurking out in the truck yard. You can probably snipe this one. Take it down, and you'll trigger another scene showing the town being overrun with enemies. Well, crap.
- Our objective now is to get back to Liam's Safe House. You can fight your way there or try to be stealthy.
- Optional Encounters on the way:
- Near the GROCERY MART, there's a SPITTER and FIVE Roaming Enemies. A good strategy is to snipe the Spitter (Sniper Rifle with Exploding Bolt works wonders) and then sneak attack two enemies. If you get caught, lure the remaining two to the water and electrocute them, then sneak kill the last one.
- There's a FLESH HOUND on the roof where you got your Sniper Rifle. It's not too dangerous up there, but it's noisy.
- A WITCH patrols the wooded area north of the building down the nearby alleyways. You can snipe her from the roof of the building mentioned above. One sniper shot followed by a sneak attack should do it.
- After dealing with any optional encounters (or if you just want to get there), head to Liam O'Neal's Safe House and talk to him. He'll explain more about the
