    After defeating the initial enemies, a FLESH HOUND will burst through the left wall. Use oil if prepared, otherwise use a shotgun. A second Flesh Hound will appear.

    Go through the hole in the wall, follow the left wall, and shoot down the STATUE on the ceiling to find [_LOCKER KEY 22/32_]. Search the room for [_HANDGUN BULLET x7_].
