Re-exploring Union: Head west from the intersection to find a Condensor, Weapon Parts (x70), Gunpowder, and Metal Pipes (x2). West of the intersection is the third Flamethrower Enemy; defeat it from a safe distance using cars for cover, traps, and sniping. To the west by the barricade, find Weapon Parts (x70). In the burned-up house south of Sykes Safehouse, find a Statue for Locker Key 28/32. On the east side of the hotel, loot boxes. North of the hotel in the alley, find a dead soldier with the Assault Rifle Ammo Pouch (2/3). Nearby, find Weapon Parts (x65).

Inside the Hotel: In the hotel, find a Fuse in a cabinet. Check vending machines. Behind the desk, find the Mysterious Mug collectible.

Sykes' Safehouse: Return to Sykes' Safehouse. Talk to Sykes to learn about his plan to restore power and clear monsters in The Marrow. Loot the safehouse for Weapon Parts (x110), Gunpowder, and a Cache Box with Weapon Parts (x100) and Handgun Bullets (x4).

The Marrow: Experimental Wing: Use the laptop to enter the Experimental Wing. Loot the initial room for Weapon Parts (x100), Nails, a Syringe, and Gunpowder. Proceed forward, eliminating two enemies playing dead. To the right of entry, find an Axe and a corpse. Use the vent by the axe to proceed. Kill the enemies banging on the door and near the vent exit (one with an Axe). Use a freeze bolt for the two enemies by the green doors. Kill the patrolling enemy by the central pillar and the one around the corner using an Axe. Kill the final lying-down enemy.

Restoring Power: On the east side of the room, find the fuse box inside the fenced area. Turn it on and open the nearby doors to return to the first area. Enter the other door (across from entry) to automatically call Sykes.

Sykes' Departure: Watch the scenes and dialog. After Sykes leaves, enter the room he was in and grab Photographic Slide (8/11) from the table. Loot the room for Weapon Parts (x60), Shotgun Shells (x3), the Double-Barreled Shotgun, a Syringe, and Gunpowder. Operate the terminal.

Return to Sykes Safehouse: Return to Sykes Safehouse and check his desk for File (29/40).

The Marrow: Restricted Labs: Head to Hoffman's Safehouse in The Marrow. From there, head south to the "Restricted Area" and grab Weapon Parts (x40). In the hallway, search the dead guard on the left for the Shotgun Ammo Pouch (4/4). In the room on the right, kill the two enemies playing dead and grab the High Grade Weapon Parts and Weapon Parts (x40) from the table. Use the elevator to head deeper into the "Restricted Area".
