    Begin by heading east down a passage under a low ceiling to reach a junction cave. You can go east or west. On the floor, find some snacks and the first piece of TIMMY'S TOY.

    From the junction, head east into a large, well-populated cave. Consider using flares to orient yourself.

    To find a semi-important item, hug the left wall of this cave to reach a small alcove with severed limbs, helmets, and CASSETTE 4. Next to this, find a set of clothes in a case.

    Continue north to find a deep hole full of water with coins at the bottom (requires Rebreather). On the rocks behind this hole, find a rope leading up to a dead-end tunnel. Keep left in this tunnel to find more clothes in a case and another Drawing on a candlelit rock.

    Return to the table where you found the Toy piece. Go west, jump-climb a boulder, and go under a low ceiling. Hug the right wall to a gap you can squeeze through. This leads to a cave containing the CASSETTE PLAYER and CASSETTE 1 (if not found on the Yacht), some clothes, and other supplies.

    Exit this gap, turn right, and continue hugging the right wall. Follow a tunnel west, past a skull totem and sticks, which leads to Entrance 2 (N) of the Hanging Cave.

    Immediately to the right of Entrance 2 (N), on a rock, find the 'TEDDY ON YACHT' PHOTOGRAPH, if not already found on the Yacht.

    From Entrance 2 (N), turn back east, hugging the right wall again. You will find another tunnel leading west.
Tips
  • Combat: Your Plane Axe is a good early weapon. Focus on one enemy at a time, use walls to your advantage, and time your attacks to cancel follow-throughs for quicker swings. Overhead smashes for limbs require waiting for the axe to fully descend. Blocking is crucial, especially in dark caves, and can be done while moving.
  • Items: Equip your Lighter or Torch in your left hand.
  • Escape: Running away is often better than fighting. Be aware of your surroundings and escape routes. Enemies leash quickly in caves, so running into the next room or dropping down a rope can help you escape. Hanging on a rope completely avoids danger.
  • Flares: Equip flares and right-click to light, then throw them. They provide light for about a minute, allow you to use two-handed weapons, distract enemies, and can sometimes set enemies on fire.
  • Cassette Player: Combining the Player with a Cassette allows you to play music, restoring energy and stamina. Be aware that the sound can attract enemies. Disabling in-game music allows for silent energy regeneration.
  • Timmy's Toy: Collecting all six parts allows you to build a complete Toy weapon, though it has limitations (no blocking, canceling, or upgrades).
