Snagging the Boss Key

Return to the Entrance Room and go back through the dark blue door. Defeat the Freezards and melt the ice block to reach a chest containing Small Key #3.

Exit to the northern room with the Real Bombchu. Defeat it and stand on the center platform. Defeat the Freezard and shoot the frozen eye behind it to raise the platform. Leap to the edge and use the Lens of Truth (the item that reveals invisible objects) to spot invisible platforms along the western wall. Carefully leap from one to another until you reach the chest at the top with Stray Fairy #11.

Exit through the upper level back into the Main Room. Shoot a Fire Arrow at the ice blocking the northern passage then take those stairs up to 3F.

Use the Goron Mask to roll around the edge of the wall to the locked door – open it and go inside. The Eenos inside are best dealt with using a Fire Arrow.

Go to the south end and use the Lens of Truth to spot a cubby with trapped Stray Fairy #12. Pop the bubble and use the Great Fairy’s Mask to recover it.

Melt the ice at the northern end of the room then ascend the stairs. This room has two Dinofol! Use the Goron Mask for the easiest fight, defeat them both to find two more Stray Fairies (#13 & #14).

Exit at the far end of this room then cross over the Giant Pillar and into the next room. The Wizrobe appears again in this room; it’s a little larger than the previous battle and there are 7 teleportation pads.

Use the Compass to see the red dot on your map and defeat this foe. Exit through the newly unlocked door and open the chest for the Boss Key!
