The Zora Mask: Great Bay Coast 2

Alright, ready to grab the Zora Mask? First things first, you'll need Epona. Head out into Termina Field and summon your trusty steed. Once you're mounted, gallop west. Give Epona a speed boost with a few carrots and then leap over the wall at the western edge of the field. This will take you to a new area: Great Bay Coast.

As you enter, you might notice a large boulder just before the wall you jumped. Keep that in mind, because we'll be coming back to it soon!

Now, you're in a big watery area. Ignore the two houses on your left for now – they aren't helpful at the moment. Instead, swim out into the water. You should spot Mikau floating face down. Swim over, grab him, and pull him to shore.

Once he's on land, Mikau will tell you his story. He's part of the Zora band, the Indigo-Gos. Their lead singer, Lulu, laid some Zora Eggs, but those pesky Gerudo Pirates snatched them up. Mikau was defeated trying to get them back. After he finishes his tale, play the Song of Healing for him. This will heal his soul, and he'll fade away, leaving behind the amazing Zora Mask for Link!

With the Zora Mask in hand, use the gravemarker that appeared to learn Zora skills. Then, it's time to get the map. Swim towards the Marine Research Lab in the distance. You'll need to break Tingle's balloon to get inside and buy the area map for 20 Rupees. Don't forget to activate the Owl Statue nearby; it's a super handy save and warp point for later!
