    Day 1:
    1. 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Go to the Mayor's Residence and speak with Madame Aroma. She will give you Kafei's Mask and ask you to find Kafei.

    11:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Optional): In the Mayor's Residence, witness a conversation between Madame Aroma, Toto, and Gorman. Find Kafei's diary behind a curtain in the back room.

    2:10 PM (Optional): At the Stock Pot Inn's front desk, observe the Postman delivering a letter to Anju from Kafei. Do not speak to Anju before receiving the Room Key.

    1:50 PM - 3:50 PM (Optional): Wear the Goron Mask and speak to Anju at the Stock Pot Inn to receive the Room Key. This grants access to an upstairs room with a Silver Rupee. You can also enter the Inn after hours.

  • Day 2:
    1. 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Required): Place the Letter to Kafei in any mailbox in Clock Town. An East Clock Town mailbox is convenient.
    2. 3:10 PM - 3:50 PM (Required): Go to the Laundry Pool around 3:00 PM. The Postman will deliver the letter. Sneak into Kafei's hideout when he comes out and wait for him.
    3. 4:10 PM - 6:00 PM (Required): Speak with Kafei. He will explain that Skull Kid turned him into a child and Sakon stole his Sun Mask. He gives you the Pendant of Memories to deliver to Anju.
    4. 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Required): Give the Pendant of Memories to Anju before 7:00 PM on the Final Day. This ensures she will wait for Kafei.

  • Day 3:
    1. 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Required): Return to Kafei's Hideout in the Laundry Pool. Speak with the Curiosity Shop Owner to receive the Keaton Mask and the Special Delivery to Mama.
    2. 6:00 PM (Required): Go to Ikana Canyon. Save your game. Head to Sakon's Hideout in the lower region and hide until 7:00 PM when Sakon opens the door. Follow Kafei inside. You will control both Link and Kafei to retrieve the Sun Mask. Follow these steps quickly:
      1. As Link, step on the Blue Switch.
      2. As Kafei, push the block onto the Blue Switch.
      3. As Link, defeat the Deku Baba.
      4. As Kafei, avoid Red Switches and use Yellow Switches to cross the conveyor belt. Step on the Blue Switch at the end.
      5. As Link, defeat the two Deku Babas.
      6. As Kafei, step on the red block, push the adjacent block onto the yellow block, then push another block onto the Blue Switch.
      7. As Link, defeat the Wolfos.
      8. As Kafei, pull the block away, reach the door, and step on the Blue Switch.
      9. As Link, step on the Blue Switch.
    3. After 6:00 PM (Optional): Visit the Latte Milk Bar (requires Romani Mask). Put on Kafei's Mask and speak with Madame Aroma. Give her the Special Delivery to receive Bottle #7.
    4. 4:30 AM (Required): Go to the Stock Pot Inn and enter the Employee's Only room. Anju and Kafei will combine their masks to form the Couple's Mask, which they give to Link. Play the Song of Time immediately afterward.
