- Goron Mask
- Powder Keg
- Song of Soaring
- Song of Double Time
- 100 Rupees (for Razor Sword)
Walkthrough
- 1After dealing significant damage to the boss, it will start dropping spires to block your path. These do not hurt you but impede your movement. The method to damage it remains the same.
- 2As the boss nears defeat, it will begin tossing bombs everywhere, so be careful.
- 3After the fight, grab your HEART CONTAINER and seize GOHT'S REMAINS.
- 4Watch the subsequent cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), which will transport you to Mountain Village.
- 5Upon arriving back in Mountain Village, play the Song of Soaring to travel to Snowhead.
- 6In Snowhead, approach the large Goron. He will state he has no information about the recent events.
- 7Visit the Great Fairy to receive a SPIN ATTACK upgrade, increasing your Spin Attack radius.
- 8Fly back to Mountain Village.
- 9Cross the bridge in Mountain Village and enter the blacksmith's building.
- 10During the First and Second Days, pay 100 Rupees to forge the Razor Sword.
- 11Play the Song of Double Time to progress to the next day.
- 12Re-enter the blacksmith's shop to collect the refurbished sword, which will break after 100 uses.
- 13Leave the shop and head southeast towards the Twin Islands.
- 14In Twin Islands, cross the bridge and defeat the Wolfos.
- 15Cross a few more bridges to the next large platform and defeat the Wolfos there.
- 16Continue into Goron Village.
- 17In Goron Village, turn right, follow the path, and descend the incline.
- 18At the bottom, turn left and enter the Goron Shrine.
- 19Go to the top of the Goron Shrine and equip the Goron Mask.
- 20Speak with the Elder, who will thank you for saving them and mention that the Goron Races have begun.
- 21Return outside the shrine.
- 22Exit Goron Shrine, turn left, and go around to the northern part of the village.
- 23Continue to the cave with a sign mentioning Powder Kegs. Take off the Goron Mask and enter the cave.
- 24Go down several hills inside the cave.
- 25Equip the Goron Mask again and speak with the large Goron. He will give you a Powder Keg and instruct you to bring it to the Goron Racetrack to access it.
- 26Pick up the Powder Keg and throw it to the top of the first hill. Roll up to it and repeat this process until you exit the cave.
- 27Outside, go up and right along the incline. At the peak, proceed straight to the Twin Islands.
- 28In Twin Islands, be cautious when crossing bridges to avoid Wolfos attacks, which could cause the Powder Keg to explode.
- 29On the other side of the area, go right and throw the Powder Keg onto the ledge above the first incline.
- 30Roll to the ledge and toss the Keg again, repeating until you reach the top.
- 31Place the Powder Keg next to the boulder at the top and quickly move away before it explodes.
- 32If successful, the boulder will be removed, opening the path to the racetrack.
