Walkthrough
  1. 1
    From the castle's entrance, go west to the castle roof.

    Smack the crystal switch atop a pillar with an arrow to make fire around another pillar disappear.
  3. 3
    Leap to this pillar via the Deku Mask and the Deku Flower to find a [PIECE OF HEART [39/52]].

    Use the Song of Soaring to head to Ikana Canyon.

    Go north and uphill to the music house, then east across the dry riverbed to the northeastern portion of the map where the Stone Tower is located.

    Enter the Stone Tower. Go north and leap across the trio of blocks to the opposite ledge.

    Look up and left, then Hookshot onto the higher ledge.

    Defeat the Beamos (lasers are phased light; use Bombs or arrows).

    Play the Elegy of Emptiness, using it to put a shell of yourself on the Beamos.

    Return to the first ledge. Put on the Zora Mask, stand on the switch, and play the Elegy of Emptiness.

    Return to the higher ledge. Look up and right, then Hookshot onto the higher platform.

    Put on the Goron Mask, stand on the switch, and play the Elegy of Emptiness.

    Take off the mask and put on the Bunny Hood. Head south across the bridge of blocks.

    On the other side, use the Hookshot to go onto the higher ledge to the west.

    Stand on the switch and play the Elegy of Emptiness.

    Pull out the Hookshot and aim for the ledge to the south and go there.

    Put on the Zora Mask, stand on the switch, and play the Elegy of Emptiness.

    Take off the mask. Hookshot up to the next higher ledge and put on the Goron Mask there.

    Get on the switch and play the Elegy of Emptiness, then take off the mask and cross the bridge.

    On the other side of the bridge, use the Hookshot to go onto the higher platform to the east.

    Dodge the boulders, then quickly Hookshot to the ledge to the south that's higher than this one.

    Hookshot up to another ledge off to the southwest.

    Stand on the middle switch and play the Elegy of Emptiness while maskless.

    Put on the Goron Mask, stand on the switch to the left, and play the Elegy of Emptiness.

    Put on the Zora Mask, stand on the switch to the right, and play the Elegy of Emptiness.

    Smack the owl statue next to the wall with your sword.

    If you need to restock, buy Blue Potions and ensure you have double magic capacity.

    Return to the Stone Temple entrance and step on the switch to continue into the temple.

    Inside the Stone Temple, go north and defeat the Bombchus and Dragonflies.

    Shoot the eye of the giant stone face with an arrow to make a chest containing a [STRAY FAIRY [01/15]] appear.

    Hookshot to the chest to open it.

    Return to the lower area, climb the ladder to the other side, then go west into the next room.

    Deal with the Real Bombchu that approaches as you go north.

    Use a Bomb on the cracked wall nearby.

  • The Stone Tower dungeon will change orientation multiple times.
  • The dungeon is taxing on magic; Light Arrows are used frequently.
