Begin by going to the Mayor's Residence in East Clock Town between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Opt to help Madame Aroma find her son to receive Kafei's Mask.

Around 2:00 PM, go to the Stock Pot Inn. Speak with Anju while wearing Kafei's Mask, both before and after the postman arrives, to arrange a meeting with her at 11:30 PM in the inn's kitchen.

Go to the kitchen at 11:30 PM, speak with Anju, and opt to mail the letter she gives you.

On the morning of the second day, go to a postbox and mail the letter.

Wait until 3:30 PM, then head to the southwestern corner of South Clock Town. Go up a ramp and along to the Laundry Pool.

When the postman leaves, follow the kid into the back room of the Curiosity Shop. Follow him upstairs and speak with him; it turns out he is Kafei. You will obtain the Pendant of Memories for Anju. Bring it to him at the Stock Pot Inn.
