A comprehensive guide to finding all Heart Pieces in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, covering Pinnacle Rock, Zora Cape, Zora Hall, Ikana Graveyard, Ikana Canyon, Sakon's Hideout, and Ancient Castle of Ikana.

This section details how to find various Heart Pieces throughout Termina. Some of these are missable and require specific items or conditions.

Pinnacle Rock

Defeat all the Deep Pythons in the area to rescue a seahorse. Bring the seahorse in a bottle to the fisherman who gave you the first seahorse to receive a Heart Piece.

Zora Cape

On the east side of Zora Cape, dive under the waterfall and defeat the Like Like to find a Heart Piece. Additionally, on the east side, use the Hookshot to ascend ledges. Continue to the top, enter the Waterfall Rapids area, and speak with the beaver. Win two races against the beaver: the first rewards a Bottle, and the second rewards a Piece of Heart.

Zora Hall

MISSABLE: Before beating the Great Bay Temple, go to the stage in Zora Hall. Go behind it to find four rooms; enter the easternmost one. Hookshot up to a ledge, read the book for notes, then speak with the band member in the room to the left and play notes. In the next room to the left, play all the notes with the musician to get a Heart Piece. To access Lulu's room before completing the Great Bay Temple, you may need the Zora Mask. Once inside Lulu's room, turn into Goron Link. If you have the Mountain Title Deed from the Goron Village Deku Scrub, hand it to the Deku Scrub in Lulu's room to receive the Ocean Title Deed and access a Deku Flower. Use the Deku Flower to launch yourself to a higher ledge where another Heart Piece is located.

Ikana Graveyard

First Night: Obtain the Captain's Hat, put it on, and use the Song of Double Time to reach the Second Night. Speak with the Stalchildren to open a grave leading into a cave. Navigate through the cave. At the end, bomb a cracked wall and defeat the Iron Knuckle to reveal a chest with a Piece of Heart.

Final Night: Obtain and wear the Captain's Hat. Speak with the Stalchildren to open a different grave. Help Dampe through this grave. At the end, defeat a Big Poe to make a chest containing a Piece of Heart appear.

Ikana Canyon

In the northwest part of Ikana Canyon, enter the Spirit House. Defeat four Poe Sisters within three minutes in a mini-game for 30 Rupees to win a Heart Piece. After obtaining the Light Arrows by beating the Stone Temple, go to the southern river and swim west. Behind a waterfall, you'll find the Secret Shrine. Blast open the door with a Light Arrow, proceed through the rooms, defeat enemies, and claim a Heart Piece as a reward.

Sakon's Hideout

Outside the entrance to Sakon's Hideout, find a Deku Scrub. If you have the Ocean Title Deed from the Zora Hall Deku Scrub, give it to this Deku Scrub. You will receive 200 Rupees and access to its Deku Flower. Use the Deku Flower to fly over the river and find another Heart Piece.

Ancient Castle of Ikana

Upon entering the Ancient Castle of Ikana, go west into the next room. Proceed to the castle roof. Use your Bow to shoot the crystal switch on a pillar, which extinguishes fire on another pillar. Leap to the Deku Flower ledge.
