Quests: Ponspectors

Complete all Ponspector Quests in Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition's Future Connected. Recruit Yellow and Blue Ponspectors with unique debuffing and healing abilities.

The Ponspector Quests involve assisting various Ponspectors across the map. Completing their tasks and errands will recruit them to your party, where they can assist in fights with their signature moves. These moves are categorized by their team: Red (offensive), Blue (healing), and Yellow (debuffing).

Yellow Ponspectors

Evelen on the Edge

Client: Evelen
Reward: 0G, 30000 EXP, Sleep Resist IV
Recommended Level: 62

Evelen is found near Cragmaw Caverns, east of Navvir Crossroads. She asks you to defeat 3 Wharpol Sardis in the lake north of her location. After defeating them, return to Evelen. She will then ask you to collect 3 Morrow Cobs from Bionis’ Shoulder. Return to Evelen again to complete the quest. Evelen joins your party as a Yellow Ponspector with a debuffing signature move.

Tei-Tei Lacking Charm

Client: Tei-Tei
Reward: 0G, 30000 EXP, Phys Def Down IV
Recommended Level: 63

Tei-Tei is located near the Navvir Crossroads landmark. To recruit him, you must find Tei-Tei’s Charm, lost at Nerthis Necropolis. Nerthis Necropolis is west of Navvir Crossroads; head north from the landmark, up an elevated level, and cross through Clear Sky Buff to reach it. Be cautious of high-level monsters in Nerthis Necropolis. The charm is behind the large tomb. Return the charm to Tei-Tei to complete the quest. Tei-Tei joins your party as a Yellow Ponspector with a debuffing signature move.

Favour for Fofora

Client: Fofora
Reward: 0G, 40000 EXP, Agility Down IV
Recommended Level: 68

Fofora is found near the Xen’s Thoroughfare landmark. She requests you defeat 3 Kromars nearby so she can safely survey the area. The Kromars are located through the archway near the landmark, then to the right, blocking Fofora’s path. After defeating them, return to Fofora. She will then travel to the other side of the area. Follow her to complete the quest, being mindful of tough enemies guarding the path. Fofora joins your party as a Yellow Ponspector with a debuffing signature move.

Defeating the Kromars allows Fofora to complete her surveying work.

Tutu’s Lost Property

Client: Tutu
Reward: 0G, 50000 EXP, Bind IV
Recommended Level: 74

Tutu is located south of Prayer Rock, near Heroes’ Rest. This area is accessible after progressing to Gran Dell in the main story. Tutu asks you to retrieve his Mirror from Tranquil Tarn, near the Prayer Rock landmark. The level 74 Unique monster, Citadel Tostega, spawns near the mirror and is aggressive, but can be avoided by swimming. Collect the mirror and return it to Tutu to complete the quest. Tutu joins your party as a Yellow Ponspector with a debuffing signature move.

Blue Ponspectors

Incensed Dekadeka

Client: Dekadeka
Reward: 0G, 40000 EXP, Debuff Resist II
Recommended Level: 62

This quest activates as a Surprise Quest when you exit Barouh Ruins Cave, east of the Barouh Plaza landmark. You must defeat 3 Slobbering Antols threatening Dekadeka. Speak to Dekadeka after defeating them to complete the quest. Dekadeka joins your party as a Blue Ponspector with a healing signature move.

The Slobbering Antols have cornered Dekadeka!

Riddle Faifa This

Client: Faifa
Reward: 0G, 40000 EXP, Debuff Resist II
Recommended Level: 67

Faifa is found south of Xen’s Thoroughfare, near Abaasy’s Dorsum. She first asks you to fetch a Skymole, a collectible found on Bionis’ Shoulder. Return to her, and she will then ask you to defeat a Green Feris, found in the plains below Faifa's ledge (you can jump down, taking minor damage). Return to Faifa after defeating the Green Feris to complete the quest. Faifa joins your party as a Blue Ponspector with a healing signature move.
