Walkthrough
  1. 1
Begin in Sewer Town - Southwest. Follow the corridor, pick up the Rusty Longsword, and slay the first enemies. Grab Mud Ball x3 near a corpse.
  2. 2
Defeat the next enemy, then jump down and turn left to find a Void Beast and Pure Crystal x3. Defeat the Void Beast by attacking from behind and dodging its tail swipe. You'll receive Luminous Carbon x1.
  3. 3
Kill the enemy opposite the Void Beast's cell, grab Crystallized Remains x1, and proceed to learn about Weapon Skills.
  4. 4
Defeat the two enemies, pick up Mud Ball x2, and continue down the corridor to find another Mud Ball x3. Dispatch the next enemy and grab Crystallized Remains x1 from a corpse.
  5. 5
In the next room, backstab an enemy as per the tutorial and grab Mini Bomb x3. Advance to face an enemy that throws rocks. Rush it while dodging or use a Mini Bomb. Clear the next room, grabbing Stone x5 and the Old Notepad.
  6. 6
Encounter a Sewer Cleaner. Dodge its fast attacks and move away from it after defeat to avoid its self-destruct. It drops the Railgun spell.
  7. 7
Talk to the old man for exposition, then proceed down the tunnel to find Pure Crystal x1 at the very end.
  8. 8
Enter a new area and meet Asteria, the Branchweaver. She tasks you with repairing a Branch, which serves as a fast travel point and upgrade station.
  9. 9
Return to the Branchweaver to receive Life Dew x3 and choose one of three starting weapons: Blader Longsword, Blader Swords, or Blader Greatsword.
Tips
  • Mastering the early Void Beast fight with well-timed dodges and hit-and-run tactics will prepare you for future encounters.
  • Utilize backstabs when prompted by tutorials for an advantage.
  • Dodge projectile attacks or use bombs to deal with ranged enemies.
  • Be mindful of enemy self-destruct mechanics, like the Sewer Cleaner's.
  • Branches are crucial for fast travel and character/equipment progression.
  • Choose your starting weapon based on your preferred playstyle, but know that other weapons are available throughout the game.

Upon repairing the Branch and speaking with Asteria, you will receive Life Dew x3 and choose one of the following starting weapons: Blader Longsword, Blader Swords, or Blader Greatsword.
