Keep churning out Helixes. Seriously, build as many as you can. If you've got the resources, consider building more Air Fields and MIGs too. If you're running low on anti-air or need some ground support, train up some extra Infantry. Remember, you can't build new War Factories, so protect the ones you have!

Now, about those GLA waves. Your best bet is to lay down Cluster Mines at all the entry points where they're likely to come in. Then, let your Helixes do the heavy lifting and take them out. It might take a little while, but it's super effective.

At some point, you'll have two waves coming at you simultaneously. You won't know exactly where they're coming from at first, so keep those Helixes and MIGs ready to intercept and fry them all.

Tips

Helixes are definitely the star of this mission for dealing with the convoys.
If you've got Neutron Shells unlocked for your Nuke Cannon, they can also be pretty effective against the incoming waves.
Don't forget to capture those Tech Structures with your Red Guards – they can give you a nice advantage.
