Once you've got a decent economy going and have cleared out some initial resistance, it's time to ramp up production. Train a whole bunch of Terrorists and get them into some cars.

Now, bring in Jarmen Kell, a couple of Toxin Tractors, and some SCUD Launchers to form your strike force.

The USA outpost is chilling in the northwest corner of the map. When you're ready to move, send your Toxin Tractors, Jarmen Kell, and a few Marauder Tanks towards it.

Your Toxin Tractors should focus on clearing out the control building first. Once that's done, the USA forces will likely retreat. The Chinese forces, however, are a bit more stubborn, so be prepared for a tougher fight if you encounter them. It's best to avoid their base altogether since it's heavily fortified.

Keep pushing through the city, destroying everything in your path with whatever units you have available. Don't forget to keep an eye out for all that sweet, sweet cash you need to collect.

Angry Mobs are your best friend early on for clearing buildings and grabbing cash. Level them up if you can!
Don't underestimate the power of Toxin Tractors against buildings and infantry.
Jarmen Kell is a one-man army, especially against infantry and light vehicles. Use him wisely.
