Enemy Information: The Fallen
The Fallen are ruthless scavengers who arrived on their massive Ketches after the Collapse to loot and pillage. Despite hints of ancient nobility and claims of royalty from their Kells, they leave only grief and wreckage.
The Factions:
- The House of Devils: Scourge of the City, they are pillaging the Cosmodrome for something buried below, which could threaten the City.
- The House of Exile: Characterized by desolation and ragged Dregs, this new House may be formed from outcasts and malcontents, driven by pride or hate to secure their position.
- The House of Winter: Led by Kell Draksis, they operate in the Ishtar Sink on Venus, focusing on the ruins of the Academy, but may also be interested in the Citadel.
- The House of Kings: Their colors are rarely seen, and they act with brutal contempt towards rivals. Their full strength is not yet understood.
- The House of Wolves: Much of this House now falls under the control of the Queen of the Reef.
Enemies:
- Dreg: The lowest rung of Fallen society, marked by docked lower arms as a sign of humiliation. They use Shock Pistols, Shock Daggers, and Shock Grenades. Their weak point is the head. They hide behind cover and use grenades to flush out targets. Precision shots or melee strikes are effective.
- Shank: Small, tough scouts and repair units for Fallen Walkers. They use Shock Pistols and have no weak point. They can gain a Solar Shield as an Epic Modifier. While not a significant threat individually, they can be dangerous in large numbers.
