You can find the Bounty Board in Westmarch. The main questline will eventually lead you there after the Mad King’s Breach dungeon and an encounter with Lethes. A tutorial for the Bounty Board is part of the main quest objective “Bounties Abroad”.
When you interact with the Bounty Board in Westmarch, you will see a list of available Bounties. You can have multiple Bounties active simultaneously by selecting them from the board. It's common to need multiple trips to complete all available Bounties for the day.
Bounties are generally simple, short errands or minor quests. Completing them yields gold, items, and XP when turned in.
