This section details the enemies encountered in the game, specifically focusing on a difficult battle that serves as a trial of your characters' strength and endurance. The battle takes place in the Coliseum of Celestia, where characters are confined to a zigzagging path and attacked by high-leveled angels with powerful magic and skills.

Recommended Preparation: Stock up on HP and SP replenishing items, and consider bringing a Faerie Dust or two. A mage with a very good staff and high INT (no less than 700) is also highly recommended.

Enemy Lineup:

• Lv. 70 Crusader x1
• Lv. 65 Angel Soldier x4
• Lv. 60 Valkyrie x6

Strategy:

1. Initial Move: Deploy your Star/Prism Skull. Position them to attack the Valkyrie just outside the base panel's range with Giga or Omega Star (range 2 is likely necessary). This will consume significant SP.
2. Mage Positioning: After casting, have the mage retreat further into the maze.
3. Laharl's Role: Use Laharl to attack the Valkyrie lined up with a space ahead of the base panel using Wind Cutter. A Braveheart or similar buff might be needed for this to be effective.
4. Enemy Advance: Enemies will gradually approach the base panel, bringing them into range for Giga/Omega Star and Wind Cutters.
5. Healer Placement: Position your healer in the bottom-left corner, where they are safe from most attacks.
6. Advancing Up: Eventually, move characters further up. Be aware of the 'No Entry' zigzag path that inflicts damage.
7. Second Line Engagement: On the second line, have Laharl use Wind Cutter on angels across the red zigzag.
8. Scout Utility: A Scout is very useful here for its Dark Cannon and maneuvering attack capabilities.
9. SP Management: Once Angel Soldiers run out of SP, they become less of a threat as they primarily use staves. Keep your healer alive to continuously cast spells.
10. Endgame: This is a long and difficult battle. Focus on survival, and the last Valkyrie towards the back will be manageable if even a few characters survive.
