Alright, so you're looking to tackle Neo Eden in Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, and you're doing it at a lower level? I like your style! Honestly, with a little help from some Mages casting Braveheart on your crew, it's totally doable. I even managed it myself around Level 78 without too much trouble.

Here's the plan: First, bring out about four characters just in front of your base panel. It's conveniently located in a corner, which is nice. Then, way in the back, deploy a Mage. Have them cast Braveheart on your front-line squad. Most of the enemies will likely charge you right away, probably with Rapidfire and Bullet Storm. You'll easily survive that first turn.

After that initial rush, bring out another character to cast Braveheart, making sure your whole team is as buffed as possible. Then, it's time to unleash your heavy hitters! Go wild with skills like Winged Slayer, Meteor Impact, Avalanche, and Bullet Storm. Once those first five soldiers on the left are pretty weakened, finish 'em off with King of Beasts and Violent Storm. They'll be gone in a flash.

Now, you've got the five enemies on the right to deal with. I personally sent Laharl and a couple of others down there to sort them out. Alternatively, you can hang back on the left and use skills like Overlord's Wrath and magic, since they can't really retaliate effectively from that distance. Just be extra careful on the left side, because as soon as you get close enough, those Cyborgs will come after you.

Speaking of the Cyborgs and Psi-Soldiers, they're probably the toughest nuts to crack here. The Cyborgs are axe masters, and the Psi-Soldiers are gun experts, and they've got the stats to back it up. I managed to throw Laharl over to the right side to weaken all three Cyborgs with Wind Cutter, then finished them off in the next turn. If that's not an option for you, try to lure them out *very* slowly. When you do engage, just pray they don't hit you with Graviton Bomb or Calamity Drive.

The Psi-Soldiers, even though they're way in the back, will also make their move pretty quickly. However, if you've still got more than three characters alive by then, they shouldn't give you too much grief. Honestly, this battle is way more manageable than Cave of Ordeal 3 when you're trying to level up. Enjoy grabbing all that bonus gauge loot!
