Walkthrough: The Mole Train

You begin in a mine cart, dodging pickaxes thrown by mole miners on the train. Jump over high throws and duck under low ones. As your cart catches up, jump onto the train. Mole miners will pop out of cars, signaled by shaking bananas. Avoid the car they emerge from, then jump on the mole once it appears. Repeat this process ten times to clear the first set of cars. Then, stand on the car that does NOT shake as the others fall away. The process repeats with faster pacing and added bombs. After clearing the second set of cars, you'll face the final set with more pickaxes and darker tunnels. After clearing the third set, you face Mole Miner Max. He pops out of a car, throws a pickaxe, and jumps back in. Jump on him when exposed. Four hits defeat him.

Walkthrough: Jagged Jewels

This stage features buzzbites, spikes, and sharp objects. Spikes periodically emerge from the ground and ceiling.

1. The third vase you encounter contains a puzzle piece. Ground-pound in front of it, jumping away if spikes start to shake.
2. After the spiked pillars, a round platform with a tiki goon has a vase. Ground-pound in front of the vase for a puzzle piece.
3. Jeweled spears emerge from the ground. The center spear has a puzzle piece at its tip. Roll-jump to grab it while the spear is retracted, then land on the platform to its right.
4. Another set of spears appears. The middle spear has a puzzle piece in the gap. Roll-jump to grab it while the spear is retracted.
5. A safe platform with a vase is located after a few more platforms.
6. When entering a barrel cannon, a puzzle piece is above it. Fire to the next platform, then jump back to the barrel cannon to collect the piece before landing.

Grab the pink orb to finish the stage.
