Hightown: Act I

Your guide to Dragon Age II's Hightown in Act I. Discover shops like Robes by Jean, Korval's Blades, Olaf's Armory, and Hubert's Fine Goods, plus available side-quests.

Alright, so you've made it through the early bits and now you're back in Hightown during Act I. This is a good time to get your bearings and maybe do some shopping. You'll regain control of Hawke right here, so feel free to wander around the northern part of the area and check out the shops.

First up is Robes by Jean. They've got some decent gear if you're looking to upgrade your robes or boots, and a handy backpack if you need more inventory space. Here's what they've got:

• Illwan’s Hood — 5g 41s 80c
• Boots of the Elder — 2g 60s 31c
• Backpack — 61s

Next, we've got Korval’s Blades. If you're in the market for a new sword, this is the place to check. They've got a couple of interesting options:

• Trust and Cut Blade — 1g 64s 05c
• Markham Head Stopper — 1g 88s 98c

Then there's Olaf’s Armory. They're selling some solid armor pieces, including a nice-looking Marcher Battle Plate. Take a look:

Finally, for some miscellaneous items and trinkets, check out Hubert’s Fine Goods. They have some unique accessories and a Tome of Technique if you're looking to boost your skills, plus a useful rune:
